Pre-assembly

We have developed this technique in order to significantly reduce costs for the vehicles maker by elimination of several processing stages in-situ.

It fixes together some parts on glass, such as : hinges, rear-view mirror support brakets, lifting rail mechanism etc…

Extrusion

It consists in extruding a rubber profile around the window, after cleaning and applying an adhesion agent.
The manufacturer has then only to depose a bonding compound and fix the window directly to the bodywork.
