DELIVERY COLLECTION IN SETS
We deliver a complete set of glass for each vehicle at plants. It provides logistical advantages : easier stock management, and time saving in production scheduling.

PRE-ASSEMBLY
We have developped this technique in order to significantly reduce costs for the vehicles maker by elimination of several processing stages in-situ. It fixes together some parts on glass, such as : hinges, rear-view mirror support brakets, lifting rail mechanism etc…

EXTRUSION
This technique was developed by Saint-Gobain Sekurit. It consists in extruding a rubber profile around the window, after cleaning and applying an adhesion agent.The manufacturer has only to put a bonding compound and fix the window directly to the bodywork.

ENCAPSULATION
This technique is an alternative to the manual setting up of a frame, by injection of a polymer around the glass in a mold.
